What are the rental durations?We offer 4-hour, 8-hour, and full-day rentals.

Is delivery free?Yes, within King County, Snohomish County, and surrounding areas. Additional fees apply beyond this area.

What setup space is needed?A flat, clean area with 3 feet of clearance on all sides.

Can you set up on pavement?No, we only set up on grass to ensure safety and stability.

Are the inflatables cleaned?Yes, all are sanitized before and after use.

What happens if it rains?Free rescheduling for bad weather; no refunds if you proceed.

What if there’s damage?Normal wear is fine, but misuse may incur repair fees.

What is your cancellation policy?Free cancellation 48+ hours in advance. Cancellations within 24-48 hours of the rental date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental date will be charged 100% of the rental fee.

Safe Setup: Our team ensures the bounce house is properly anchored and set up on a flat, clean, grassy area free of hazards. Weather Considerations: Rentals may be rescheduled due to high winds or extreme weather for safety reasons. User Guidelines: Customers receive detailed safety instructions to prevent misuse and accidents.
